PIGENAVI is open from Monday through Saturday from 10 am through 5:30 pm. During this time, when a customer places an order for a shipping label, they can expect to receive one within 30min. 

PIGENAVI offer shipping label for the entire United States. We have broken down the shipping label creations into six regions. We are working hard to incorporate shipping label creation for Canada and Mexico.

The cost of shipping labels are base on weight, shipping region, and speed. Base on your label combination, a shipping cost will be generated. 

You must submit a label cancellation ASAP on our contact page. Simply scroll down to the Label Cancellation section and fill out the form. PIGENAVI will submit a label cancellation with The United States Postal Service (USPS). It can take up 72hr for the label to be rendered ineffective. Once the label has been voided, PIGENAVI will issue a refund. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to see the refund issues back to your bank.

PIGENAVI is not an automatic service; real people actually verify, generate, and email shipping labels to customers. This allows quality control to the shipping process. Because of this, it takes about 30mins to receive a shipping label.

At this time no. However, it is our goal to be able to provide international shipping labels. We are approaching international shipping labels in phases. Phase one will be to incorporate shipping label creation for Canada and Mexico. Phase two-part of Europe, and so on.
